Puppies come with a 1 year health guarantee, full AKC registration, UKC registration eligible, are on a bi-weekly deworming cycle, cocker tails are docked to field standard (1/4 removed), dew claws are removed and will be ready for their new home at 8 weeks of age. *Special requests for non-altered pups can be made. Ours pups begin crate training to make the transition for our family to yours an easier process. Their crate is their resting place, a "safe zone" and also helps assist with potty training! In addition to crate training, we also begin ENS socialization when the pups are between 3 and 16 days of age! ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) is done daily. 

Five benefits have been observed in canines that were exposed to ENS, including improved cardio vascular performance (heart rate); stronger heart beats; stronger adrenal glands; more tolerance to stress; and greater resistance to disease according to Breeding Better Dogs. Our pups are from working lines, that are also excellent companion dogs. Both cockers and Chessies make excellent additions to any family that have knowledge of the breed. Our breeders are clear of any genetic health defects that would produce an affected pup. All of our adult dogs at the age of 2 are certified for hips/elbows, and genetic panel for DM, AMS, E-IC, FN, and PRA/ PR.

Our studs are additionally certified for cardiac/patella, and also AKC DNA certified.

We encourage each family or new puppy owner to do extensive research on desired breed, to ensure they will be able to provide an adequate home for the pup.

Cockers make excellent family dogs, as long as given ample amount of time to work as well. They are working bred, and that comes with a high energy drive; high prey drive. Although bred with an "off switch", keep in mind the switch still has to be "on" daily.

Chessies are as loyal as they come, but can also develop aggressive behaviors if not socialized properly. However; none other compares if you are looking for a fierce family protector.

The bond each of the dogs are capable of are none less than phenomenal, and meant to be for a lifetime. Please take the time to make sure these pups will be suitable for your lifestyle, and that you are prepared to give them a lifetime commitment.

That being said, we do know life can change. We will gladly take back any of our pups and find them suitable homes. No puppies or dogs are to be rehomed without acknowledging the breeder first.

 

Our previous pups have made excellent field dogs, hunting upland and in the water. Making numerous retrieves of game twice in size of our cockers. They are versatile little dogs, that pack a mighty punch and get the job done, all with a non-stop wagging tail. They give their all at any task and always aim to please. Pups have also achieved AKC trick dog titles, placed in agility sports, have become Diabetic Alert Dogs, dock diving events and are emotional support/therapy dogs.

DEPOSIT PROCESS:

All deposits are a nonrefundable $250 and go toward balance.

Puppy selections are done in the order deposits are received.

Balance of pup is to be paid in full at day of pickup or transport.

Once deposit is received, below contract must be completed.

REGISTRATION:

Pups come with limited AKC registration at pickup when they are 8 weeks old.

If breeding rights are desired, they will be released when appropriate health testing has been completed.

This includes: full breed specific genetic health panel (including AMS).

For potential stud prospects, we also recommend cardiac and patella OFA certifications in addition to hips and elbows.

At the time documentation has been provided, AKC will be notified to release full rights at no additional cost.​​

​

At time of placing deposits, client can make the preference of color/gender. 

Our litters consist of a wide variety of colors, and depending on female/male ratio, client will have these options:

    1. The option of changing male/female

    2. The option of changing color

    3. The option of changing male/ female AND color

    4. The option of moving deposit to next litter, but may not have the same pick status
